My lot measures 627 feet x 561 feet x 364 feet. Could someone please tell me how many acres this is?

Is it really a triangle? If so Heron's formula can be used.

If the three sides are a, b, c
Calculate s = (a + b + c)/2
Then area A is SQRT(s*(s-a)*(s-b)*s-c))

I get s = 776'
A = SQRT(776*149*215*412) = 101202.6 ft^2

One acre = 43560 ft^2,

so 2.32 acres

It ISN'T a triangle from what you say, so:

Use the formula for a Trapezium: .5(Top+Bottom)Height=Area/43,560=Acres

.5 x (561+627) x 364 = 216,216 sqft / 43,560 (number of sqft in 1 acre) = 4.9636 Acres you own.
